All our Signature Mini Custom Individual Tower, Numbers, Letters and Shapes Cookie Cakes are baked to order fresh daily using the highest quality ingredients and we can customize your shape and design!
Each One Bite mini individual cookie cake is the perfect bite for any dessert bar and it will keep for up to a week in the fridge. Each cookie has 2 layers of round shortbread cookies and 1 layers of our signature French vanilla buttercream topped with signature décor. Available in 1.25″ or 3″ size ( see the Add on menu to upgrade).
For décor we can use different elements based on your preference and event theme such as meringues, seasonal fresh fruits embellished with 24K edible gold, seasonal fresh flowers or sprinkles for an additional fee.
When customizing them please keep in mind the size as not all add on items will fit on it due to the bite size. You can also upgrade the size to a 3″ if you would like to add more décor items! 🙂

Per request we can coordinate the color scheme to fit your event theme and the flower colors/type will be based on seasonal availability.
